What's the plan for DocBase

Here's the current plan: (As of 14:18, 21 April 2007 (EDT))

1. Right now we are very busy working on REBOL 3.0. It is important to have a place to start posting documentation.
2. Where it makes sense to do so, we would like to bring other REBOL documents into this wiki.
3. Over time, that may include the entire REBOL manual. We've not yet concluded, because we'd like to restructure and improve it in the process.
4. It would be useful if the REBOL dictionary where also here. But, we want to be careful how we do that to avoid creating more work for ourselves than we have to. Therefore a new REBOL dialect is being created to handle this in a no-fuss fashion. It will be a part of the Wiki Tools package.
